If you need it, we will do our best to get it for you at a reasonable price.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. All of our repairs and accessories carry a 90-day warranty. Unfortunately, we can only offer a 30-day warranty on parts not installed by us (unless otherwise noted). This is due to the possibility of damage to sensitive parts during shipping and installation. Once installed, these parts are much less sensitive. If you ever have a problem with parts or service we provided, we want to know about it. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and we mean it!

Items sent to this address will be REFUSED unless there is a valid RMA number on the shipping label. Our hours are 9-5 M-F MST (except holidays). We observe the same US holidays as FedEx Express (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day).
