We have manufactured new stronger Wallstreet clutch housings from steel -- not pot metal, like the original part. This same clutch housing can be used on the 12-inch, 13-inch and 14-inch units. Price includes parts and labor for rebuilding both hinges. Normal turn-around time at our facility is less than 48 hours. You must send in the powerbook for this service --no exceptions. There are additional charges if parts are missing. Installation of this item requires custom made tools, and special techniques. We will not sell the parts to do the rebuilds under ANY circumstances. This rebuild can only be done on complete and functional PowerBooks.
